Korean BBQ Meatloaf

Maika`i KBBQ Sauce, 2 Cups
Ground Beef, 3 Pounds
Sweet Maui Onion, 2 Cups
Eggs, 2 Eggs
Panko Breadcrumbs, 1/2 Cup

Ingredients
- Maika`i Korean BBQ Sauce, 2 cups and a little more
- Ground beef, 3 pounds
- Sweet Maui Onion, 2 cups, diced
- Eggs, 2 whole eggs
- Panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix liberally with hands until well-incorporated.
- Line a baking sheet rack with aluminum foil, spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
- Gently form approximately 3" wide piles of meatloaf mixture, and shape rustically with hands.
- Liberally rub the KBBQ sauce all over the outisde of the meat.
- Bake in oven loosely covered with aluminum foil for 50 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes or until sauce starts to brown.
- Remove from oven, allow meatloaf to rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
